1. Return time

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item.

2. Product status

The hat must be in perfect condition, unworn, labelled and in its original packaging.

3. Return process

Before making a return, please contact us at sav@maisonpujalte.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, we will send you the necessary return instructions.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will proceed with the refund via the method of payment used at the time of purchase. No later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract

Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.

6. Customized or made-to-measure products

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
